Refund & Return Policy:

– We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

– To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Need unboxing video to accept the return.

– You need to send the videoand valid reason, after we accept you need to send the item to our place by courier at your charges, Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days including courier charges if rejected amount will not be given.

For Damage and poor-quality product, If you receive a defective, damaged, or poor-quality product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

Replacement products will be delivered within 8-10 days.

And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 10 business days.

Returns or replacements are not accepted for fashion jewellery. Only silver items and gemstone jewellery are eligible for return in case of damage, and an unboxing video is required as proof to process the return.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery.
